FAQ

Escape Room FAQs

  • All of the Adventures we’ve built are custom, large scale, fully themed sets with multiple rooms. As a result of this increased size from a typical escape room, the puzzles require a great deal of coordination. The puzzles have also scaled with the size of the adventure, in order to effectively play them we recommend a group of at least 6 players.

  • We have designed all of our adventures to be immersive and entertaining for escape room enthusiasts of all levels. Even if you've never done an escape room it's possible to tackle any of our 7 adventures and still complete all the puzzles within the time limit. If we had to make a recommendation, we would suggest you start with either our Tomb of the Gods or Outlaw of El Paso adventures. Both of these adventures give you a great feel for how we design our puzzles and build our theatric sets. After completing one of our adventures you will be fully prepared to tackle any of our adventures.

  • We do allow players to bring phones into the room. Players are allowed to take pictures during the adventure. We do ask that players not record any puzzle logic or solutions during their adventures.

  • We’ve designed our rooms to be fun for all ages. However, the puzzles can be quite sophisticated, so a spectrum of ages may be helpful. There is no age requirement, but persons under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • We’ve designed our rooms to be immersive and have a family friendly atmosphere. There won't be anything scary jumping out at you. The only exception to this is in our Red Scare adventure where we have a paid actor that pursues players from room to room. Red Scare is more of a thriller than a jump scare adventure though.

  • We designed our adventures to be played by groups of 4-10 players. Many of our adventures can hold up to 12 players because they are larger than a typical escape room. If you have more than 12 players we recommend you book multiple adventures at the same time. This allows your groups to compete against each other and see who finishes their adventure first.

  • No! We want you and your team to experience your adventure together without any additional players or distractions. So you will never be partnered with players you don't know.

  • Don’t panic! We are standing by and able to help guide you with hints to keep the process moving!
